Debbie is one of Catherine's high school friends. She made her first appearance (cameo) in Muffy Gets Mature, alongside another one of her friends, Angie. Debbie's friend Angie makes another appearance in Matchmaker, Matchbreaker, but Debbie has yet to make another appearance in the series.
