"D.W.'s Very Bad Mood" is the second half of the 18th episode of season 2 of the animated children's series Arthur. It originally aired on April 27th, 1998.

Plot

Arthur and Francine try to find out why D.W. has been in a bad mood for days. During the course of the episode, D.W. takes her wrath out on everybody around her (those who don't deserve it). In the end, it is discovered that she wasn't invited to a girl's birthday party.

Notes

  • Francine is mentioned to have a birthday party in this episode; but it has never been confirmed to when her birthday is. However, she is eight years old, especially when episodes or books would take place during second semester of Arthur's third grade year.
