An unnamed teacher taught the Czech language class at the Elwood City Community Center. He only had one student. Prunella almost attended his class, but decided not to.
Physical appearance
Unknown Male Adult Dog is a dog with a tan complexion. He wears a white collared shirt and a yellow sweater almost identical to what Arthur wears. On top of that he wears a green jacket, long olive green pants, and brown shoes. He has brown hair, a brown 19th-century style mustache, and wears rectangular lens glasses.
