Colleen is a student of Glenbrook Academy in Mr. Pryce-Jones' 3rd grade class, and the doppelganger of Francine Frensky. Her first and only appearance so far was in "The Return of the King."

She faced Francine in the archery contest, letting Francine go first. She licked the suction cup of her arrow so it would slide down and push Francine's arrow off the bull's eye. She technically won.

Colleen is a rabbit with a dark-brown complexion and Francine's hair. She wears the Glenbrook uniform with a white collared shirt, a dark blue tie, a plaid skirt, a light blue V-neck shirt, and a medium blue jacket bearing the Glenbrook insignia. She also has yellow hair clips like Francine's.
