As is common with most international releases of ''Arthur'' episodes, the "A Word from Us Kids" segment found in U.S. releases is removed in order to reserve time commercial breaks. Commercial breaks would commonly interrupt the 'b' part (the second story) of the episode. The bumper that usually played after ''Arthur'' episodes in the 2000s in American releases that promoted going to a library and visiting the PBS Kids website is also omitted in BBC Kids airings.
