Chef Francois Puffeau is a famous chef that appeared in the episode Buster's Carpool Catastrophe. He taught the cooking class that Arthur, Buster, and Muffy attended along with four other kids (the other kids that also attended the class are all in Mrs. Fink's third grade class). He also speaks with an Italian accent.
Appearance
Chef Francois Puffeau is a rat with a brown complexion. He wore a chef uniform and a red necktie. He also has brown hair and a mustache.
