Chef Francois Puffeau is a character in Arthur. He is a famous French-accented chef that appeared in "Buster's Carpool Catastrophe," in which he taught the cooking class that Arthur, Buster, and Muffy attended, along with 4 other kids (the other kids that also attended the class are all in Mrs. Fink's 3rd grade class).
