Francois Puffeau is a famous French-accented chef that appeared in "Buster's Carpool Catastrophe," in which he taught the cooking class that Arthur, Buster, and Muffy attended, along with 4 other kids (the other kids that also attended the class are all in Mrs. Fink's 3rd grade class).
Physical appearance
Francois is a dog with a brown complexion. He wears a chef uniform and a red necktie. He also has brown hair and a mustache.
