Catnapper is a villainess made up by Buster for his idea of a TV show based on himself.
Biography
In the cartoon
She tricked Cat Saver to come to her lair, thinking she was just a civilian with her "car" stuck up a tree. She had three henchmen: Strong Guy, Ghost-Doe, and Tref.
In the book
Her name was only revealed in the book based on the episode. She followed Cat Saver in a motorized cat-litter box. In the book, she is described as acting more cat-like and having two masked henchmen.
Trivia
- She is based on the Batman character Catwoman. Her design especially references the version of Catwoman seen in the 1990s Batman: The Animated Series.
