Catnapper is a villain made up by Buster in the episode "Buster Baxter, Cat Saver." She tricked Cat Saver to come to her lair, thinking she was just a civilian with her car stuck up a tree. She has three henchmen: Strong Guy, Ghost-Doe, and Tref. Her name was only revealed in the book based on the episode. She is based on Catwoman.
