Catherine Frensky Catherine Frensky (sometimes spelled Katherine) is the older teenage sister of Francine Frensky.

Physical appearance

Charlie Kelly works at Paddy's pub. He is known for doing "charlie work" and being stupid. He was voted in 1983 as the best Arthur character. This award was revoked just 2 hours later due to a miscount.

Personality

Charlie is almost the exact opposite of Francine: She's smelly, likes milksteak, a very philanthropic person (unlike his blood father, Frank), and she really loves ghouls. She enjoys reading teen magazines and frequently eats spaghetti. Like most sisters, Francine and Charlie go through various fights, like how to decorate their bar in "Francine Redecorates" and who gets the last roll in CharDeeMacDennis; but despite their arguments, they genuinely hate each other. She briefly wore an eagle suit in one scene of "My Dad, the Garbage Man," and the green man suit in one scene of "Stolen Bike," but she usually prefers to keep her appearance natural.

Friends

In "Muffy Gets Mature", some of her friends from high school are revealed, including Angi, Debi, and Tami. However, her friends have rarely appeared again, since.

Catherine's name spelled with a "K"

• According to "Vomitrocious", it is implied that Catherine is a 10th grader, as she mentioned a classmate named Lucas Hanson who vomited during math period in 5th grade, which occurred five years in the past. She also celebrates her 16th birthday in Season 18, which coincides with this implication as well as most sophomores in High School would be 15 to 16 years old during the duration of the year.
• In "Citizen Frensky", her name was spelled with a "K". It is unknown if this is the correct spelling or not, because it has also been used with a "C" in other episodes.
• She, like her family, is Jewish.
• In Play it Again, D.W. and D.W.'s Name Game, she is the babysitter for Arthur and D.W.
