Cape Town is a city and the legislative capital of South Africa.
Arthur thought Cape Town was the capital of Denmark and put it as his answer in a geography quiz. Later at The Sugar Bowl, Brain corrects him that the capital of Denmark was Copenhagen, but Arthur and Buster don't believe Brain since they thought he was a lower-ranked student than Arthur.
