"Can You Say P?" is a television show that appears in "Jenna's Bedtime Blues" on the TV. It is a parody to Sesame Street. The characters also look very similar to those seen on Wimzie's House, which also aired on PBS and was produced by Cinar like Arthur. In addition to this, the character Horace was voiced by Bruce Dinsmore, who voices Binky.
