Buzz Bullett is the owner and operator of the Elwood City Clothing Exchange. He may not have been fit for the job, seeing as he thought a bag worth $100 was something used to feed a horse. Fortunately, Muffy helped him get his store in order. Buzz is only every seen in Episode 145, "Spoiled Rotten".
