Bottlecap Clicking was a fad started by Arthur Read immediately after the Woogles craze.
Information
While Arthur was trying to prove a point to Francine, he said "I bet even THIS [bottle cap] is more fun than a Woogle!" and then clicked the top of a bottle cap. The noise got everybody's attention, and everyone crowded around the bench that he was sitting on, leaving their Woogles on the ground. Now everybody keeps excessively clicking the caps everywhere they go.
