Binky Goes Nuts is the one hundred-fifth episode of King of the Barnes. It was first aired on November 11, 2001. The episode was written by Norm Hiscock, and directed by Tricia Garcia.

Synopsis

Binky sneaks into Connie's boring slumber party to liven things up, but Chane and his gang make fun of him. Kahn kicks all the boys out, forcing Binky to exit through the window while Chane's gang gets to use the door. Outside, Chane attacks Binky, making him literally eat dirt. Hank is disappointed in Binky's performance, and attempts to enroll Binky in a boxing class at the YMCA. When Binky gets there, all the boxing classes are full, so he instead signs up for a women's self-defense course, where the primary attack is a groin kick while yelling phrases such as "That's my purse!" and "I don't know you!" Binky quickly catches on.

Later, at school, the bullies confront Binky again, but when he is shoved onto the ground, he yells, "That's my purse!", confusing the attackers. He then kicks one of them in the groin, and the rest scatter. After that, every time Binky is confronted, he kicks the offender in the groin. This repeated action gets him in trouble with Principal Moss, and his parents are called into the principal's office for a conference, where they hear about Binky's groin-kicking stories.

Hank then tries to teach Binky proper boxing technique, but Binky becomes irritated and uses his groin kick on Hank, who quickly keels over unconscious. Hank wakes up to hear Bill declaring that he was kicked in the testicles, and the paramedic says he was able to locate one testicle by palpation. He then says he wasn't able to find the other testicle (to Hank's consternation), but he's pretty sure it will turn up when the swelling goes down.

Because of the groin kick, Hank is debilitated -- barely able to stand up and walk -- and it will take him several days to recover. He grounds Binky from TV and video games. Binky, however, after speaking with Kahn, believes he can get away with anything, and angers Hank by playing his Game Boy in open defiance of his grounding. When Hank proves to be physically unable to take the game away from Binky, Peggy steps in.

Peggy has Hank hold her glasses and squares off with Binky, giving him several "love taps" to the face (similar to Hank's abortive boxing lesson) and using her arm length to hold Binky off and keep him from landing a blow in return. Binky becomes frustrated and uses his groin kick, which of course fails due to Peggy's being a woman: "I think you will find that I have no testicles." Then, as the neighbors watch, Peggy takes down Binky, subdues him, and takes the Game Boy away. She then retrieves her glasses from Hank and serenely announces that dinner will be ready in ten minutes.

Binky believes that having his game taken away is unfair, but then he realizes that the groin kicks were just as unfair. When Hank indirectly threatens to have Peggy attack him again ("I can get her to do that anytime I want"), Binky ends his defiance of Hank and promises to stop kicking people in the groin.
