The Big Pig is an ice cream sundae served at the Sugar Bowl. It is implied in Sue Ellen Chickens Out that the dish is a favorite of Sue Ellen's. Carl Manino alters the recipe at the beginning of this episode by adding pecans as a topping instead of walnuts, but reverts to the original at the end.
