Bat Arthur is a character that appears in "Bats in the Belfry." He is a bat that wears glasses similar to Arthur's. At the end of the episode, he moves into a bat house attached to Grandma Thora's House. He argues with Bat D.W., because he wants to get the side by the door. They agree to do a time-share, but they argue over who gets the house on the weekends.
