The Bank President is a Character in Arthur. He is the president of the Bank of Elwwod City. He had a cameo in the episode Play It Again D.W. as one of the guests at Arthur's Parents' High School and makes his full appearance in the episode Arthur's Missing Dog to which he announces a free giveaway from the bank
