Mr. Sipple thanks Arthur and D.W. for being good neighbors, and he gives them [[Thelma]], a singing fish on a plaque. D.W. says goodbye as Mr. Sipple gets in the moving truck, and Arthur explains that he didn't always like Mr. Sipple.
