He pretened to be ''Fred The Short Guy", and he was 47 years old man. Fred wore green pants, a blue work shirt, and a nice black hat, and shoes. He told them he was born to be short. "Why are you trying to arrest me you fuck bitches!?" Arthur asked in a really low voice. But he was grunting about him getting arrested, he was a great cable guy of our blossom contry. "Oh well, are you sure you're Arthur T. Read?" a policeman asked nicely. "No guys!" He exclaimed. He crossed his arms, and he shurgged "nope, I do a show". He was in very bad danger. He said " Arthur is who it is.". So they arrested him, AGAIN!
