Plot
Arthur at first ridicules the silly toys called Woggles. But when every one has one Arthur is alone and feels pressured into getting it. Will he get one?

- After Arthur & Buster watched the Woogles commercial, Arthur was thinking "Ha! Woogles, Shmoogles...... Who would ever buy something so dumb?"
