Arthur Plays the Blues is the first half of the 2nd episode of Season 6. It first aired on October 1st, 2001.
Summary
Arthur gets a new piano teacher, Dr. Fugue, who is not only one of the best teachers but also one of the strictest. When Arthur fails to practice sufficiently, Dr. Fugue "fires" Arthur. Wanting to be rehired, Arthur begins practicing the piece he was supposed to practice.
