Arthur's Substitute Teacher Trouble is the second half of the 27th episode of season 1 of the animated children's series Arthur. It originally aired on April 28th, 1997.
Plot
Mr. Ratburn loses his voice and his sister, Miss Ratburn, substitutes for him. Initially, the class is excited by the easiness of the class, doing things such as reciting the one times table and that yellow and blue make green. They are soon bored and are excited when Mr. Ratburn returns the next day.
