 ==Plot==
-On the first day of school, Mr. Ratburn assigns the class to write about their summer vacations. Muffy went around the world on a boat, Binky went to [[Disney World]], Francine won a trophy at tennis camp, Brain built his own computer at computer camp, and Buster flew around America with his dad. Arthur struggles to write his report, but D.W. reminds him that they went to the beach. Arthur writes a story where D.W. is swept out to sea, so he gets on a surfboard and goes to save her. D.W. is captured by an octopus, which Arthur fights off. He gets D.W. back to land and outsurfs a shark. D.W. shouts at Arthur for lying, and in class, Arthur admits that he stayed home all summer. He continues that it was exciting because Baby Kate was born, which Mr. Ratburn congratulates him for. Arthur tells D.W. about his report, who gets upset at Arthur saying that Kate looks like him; she says, "Baby Kate looks like me."
