Anna Phylaxis is the villainous worker of Dr. Legume, both appearing in a dream in "Binky Goes Nuts". The doctor planned to use Binky's newly discovered peanut allergy to threaten crushing him with a giant slice of bread with peanut butter. Bionic Bunny rescued Binky, and tied up the villains with the giant slice of bread. Her name is a play on "anaphylaxis", the allergy of peanuts.
