Anna Phylaxis was the villainous worker of Dr. Legume, both appearing in a dream in "Binky Goes Nuts". The doctor planned to use Binky's newly discovered peanut allergy to threaten crushing him with a giant slice of bread coated with peanut butter. Bionic Bunny rescued Binky and wrapped up the villains with the giant slice of bread.

- Her name is a play on "anaphylaxis", the medical terminology for a serious allergic reaction.
