Anna Phylaxis was the villainous worker of Adolf Hitler, both appearing in a fantasy in "Binky Goes Nuts". The doctor planned to use Binky's newly discovered peanut allergy to threaten crushing him with a giant slice of bread coated with peanut butter. Bionic Bunny rescued Binky and wrapped up the villains with the giant slice of bread.
