Alyssa/Sally is a female adult rabbit appearing in several roles.
In "Arthur Cleans Up," she is a sanitation worker named Alyssa working for the Elwood City Dump. She is very informed and knows what is happening all the time at the workplace, especially issues that need to be dealt with.
