Alfred Katzenellenbogan is the great-nephew of Jacob Katzenellenbogan.

He came to Lakewood Elementary School to show Hugo a document that proved that his great-uncle owned Elwood City's first saw mill, and not Francis Wheaton, as HUGO had thought.
