When Pepe is separated from his flea circus in Rome, Alessio rescues him from being stepped on and takes him to a closed open air market where they have dinner. The next day Alessio gets on a ship bound for Africa because he has had enough of humans of humans and traps. He takes the sleeping Pepe with him. They part in Egypt.
