4th Grade Male Dog is a male dog in the 4th grade at Lakewood Elementary School. He often appears in various places at various times and is also seen with the Tough Customers.

He has had only two speaking roles so far in the episodes Arthur Goes to Camp and Arthur's Big Hit. Arthur Goes to Camp and Arthur's Big Hit were his most significant roles.

How he came to know Binky is unknown since in Arthur Goes to Camp he was completely against him and never hung out with him until the episode Arthur Writes a Story where he is with Rattles in that episode.

He was also at one time at Mighty Mountain before he along with several other kids were transferred periodically to Lakewood, which most likely occurred after the episode Arthur Goes to Camp. As for his personality he is mostly a bully and his family has never been shown ever in the series.

Appearance

4th Grade Male Dog is a brown dog and wears dark gray jeans and wears an orange shirt and has a dog collar armband on his wrist. He wears blue and white colored high tops. In the episode Arthur Goes to Camp he wore the same clothes except he had a black Camp Horsewater shirt with a red "H" on it. In the same episode he wore white armbands on both of his wrists.

Triva

• This character made occasional appearances in the earlier episodes after Arthur Goes to Camp. Then after Season 13 he disappeared and has never been seen in either Seasons 14 and 15.

• This character just like the rest of the Tough Customers is also afraid of Binky.
• He's good at catching frogs.
