4th Grade Male Dog is a male dog in the 4th grade at Lakewood Elementary School. He often appears in various places at various times and is also seen with the Tough Customers.
He has had only two speaking roles so far in the episodes Arthur Goes to Camp and Arthur's Big Hit. Arthur Goes to Camp and Arthur's Big Hit were his most significant roles.
How he came to know Binky is unknown since in Arthur Goes to Camp he was completely against him and never hung out with him until the episode Arthur Writes a Story where he is with Rattles in that episode. As for his personality he is mostly a bully and his family has never been shown ever in the series.
