The 3rd Grade Male Dog is an unnamed character that has made few appearances just like most of the other unnamed characters. He had one speaking role in the episode Arthur, World's Greatest Gleeper and ever since that episode he has been used as a background character throughout the series. His personality is not known much about because he is a background character. He is only seen in the earlier seasons, and then in removed from the show for an unknown reason.
