3rd Grade Male Dog is an unnamed character that has made few appearances just like most of the other unnamed characters. He had one speaking role in the episode Arthur, World's Greatest Gleeper and ever since that episode he has been used as a background character throughout the series.
His personality is not known much about because he is a background character. He was seen in several seasons until the later seasons and was mysteriously removed from the show.
Friends
He hung out with Otis during the opening of Arthur's, World's Greatest Gleeper and probably hangs out with the other background characters of the series and most likely the main characters.
Appearance
3rd Grade Male Dog is tanned dog that wears blue jeans, a dark blue and white striped shirt, yellow and white shoes, and a red baseball cap.
