Neatnik Ned's Guide to Cleaning is a guide to help pack rats able to clean up there room. There is multiply chapter that suppose to help them. Buster owns the book, he only read one chapter of the book but that was enough to help him with his Pack Rat ways. Arthur burrowed the book to help Prunella to mend her pack rat ways by showing her ways to clean her room. Arthur left the book with Prunnela but it did not help her with her ways. Neatnik Ned's Guide to Cleaning appeared in Prunella the Pack Rat.
