The Sugar Bowl is a dessert place in Lakewood. The kids often hangout here. They talk here, and make plans here, eat junk food, and just basically hangout. It is owned and run by Carl Manino.
It serves candy, ice cream, milkshakes, and other treats. It is somewhat competition for The Ice Cream Shop Brain works.
In "Sue Ellen Chickens Out," Carl Manino decides to sell the Sugar Bowl. It would then be turned into a Chicken Lickin'. By the end of the episode, Carl decides not to sell it because so many people love it.
