Cook, as he is referred to by Muffy, is a personal chef of the Crosswire family.
After Bailey, he is the most major employee of the Crosswire family. He usually prepares special dishes, such as the cookies Muffy submitted to the Strawberry Festival contest.
He could be Muffy's own personal chef, or the head chef of the kitchen staff seen in "Sue Ellen Gets Her Goose Cooked."
