Debbie is one of Catherine's high school friends. She makes her first appearance in Muffy Gets Mature, with Tammy and Angie. All three are friends of Catherine. Debbie makes a cameo in "Muffy Goes Metropolitan" in Crown City, which could mean that she moved to or was visiting the city.

She has a yellow/orange skin complexion, and she wears a white blouse with a pink shirt over it. She has black hair and a similar hairstyle as D.W.'s. She wears a pink headband in her hair.
