Otto Ratburn is the father of Arthur's third grade teacher Mr. Ratburn and substitute teacher sister Miss Ratburn and husband of Lisa Ratburn. He was only shown during a flashback in 1001 Dads in a late 1960s-style timeline. As his son is now a teacher at Lakewood Elementary School, it is likely that he is currently in his 70's or early 80's. He is the son of Hans and Olga Ratburn
