Tracey Hoyt is a voice actress on Arthur. She voiced Ursa Merkles in the episode "Best Enemies." She also voiced a Pretty Pioneer doll in "Muffy's Classy Classics Club," the episode that aired with "Best Enemies".
Her other works include Keroleen in Keroppi and Friends, Sailor Rini in Sailor Moon, and Me Bear in The Care Bears Big Wish Movie.
