Appearance
Toby appears in the episode Buster and the Daredevils along with Slink. During that episode he and Slink went to Mighty Mountain Elementary School as seen when they were playing baseball during that episode. It is safe to assume that after this episode he and Slink along with many others that are a member of the Tough Customers were transfered to Lakewood Elementary School soon afterward. Toby is a dark brown colored bear that wears a light blue sweater, black colored jeans, and black and white colored sneakers.
In the movie where Disney meets Cookie Jar Toby wore a red shirt,black and white sneakers and jeans and a sweater during his appearence with Tigger's Cloud Friend
