The 3rd Grade Female Aardvark is an Ex czechoslovakian parking attendant looking to make it big in the city.
Background
See Biggles for refence. While on duty she wears normal Czech attendant unifrom. She has been know to attack unruly drivers and has a history of mental illness. She was arrested in May 1997, after assaulting 2 members of the public during an argument, seriously injuring one. She was commited to a mental institution in neighboring Russia, but broke out during a guard's break and hijacked a plane going to America. She was last seen at JFK International Airforce.
