Admin Rights

I have posted a request for admin rights given to users of the wiki for further improvement and removing of all spam and vandilism and those who do so. Stop changeing the Age

All of Arthur friends are 8 years old except for Binky, Rattles, Molly, Prunnela, and Marina are 9 years old and D.W friends are 5 years old and under. Quite changing Fern and Francines age to 18 they are 8 years old.
