Appearance
Toby appears in the episode Buster and the Daredevils along with Slink. During that episode he and Slink went to Mighty Mountain Elementary School as seen when they were playing baseball during that episode. It is safe to assume that after this episode he and Slink along with many others that are a member of the Tough Customers were transfered to Lakewood Elementary School soon afterward. Toby is a dark brown colored bear that wears a light blue sweater, black colored jeans, and black and white colored sneakers but in My Summer with Arthur He is wearing a bathing suit,sandals and a shirt. He is like Arthur. He is voiced by Michael Yarmush and in the special he was voiced by Tom Hanks and Michael Angelis in Abby's Flying Fairy School:The Movie as of 2010
