The Sugar Bowl
The Sugar Bowl is a dessert place in Elwood City. The kids often hangout here. They talk here, and make plans here, eat junk food, and just basically hangout. It is owned and run by Carl Manino. It is located in Northeast Elwood City.
It serves candy, ice cream, milkshakes, and other treats. It is somewhat a competitior for the ice cream shop that is owned by the Brain's mother.
In Sue Ellen Chickens Out, Carl Manino decides to sell the Sugar Bowl. It would then be turned into a Chicken Lickin'. By the end of the episode, Carl decides not to sell it because so many people love it.
In The Secret Guardians it was shown that the O on the top has a nest there.
