The Elwood City Dump

The Elwood City Dump is the offical dump for Elwood city. It doesn't appear in many episodes, but the trash trucks for it still pass by sometimes! Francine's Dad works here. This is also where Arthur got cut when he snuck in here. It's also the place where Francine got a bike from her dad that he pieced together out of recycled parts he got from here. Francine didn't like her dad's job at first because she thought it was dirty. But later in the episode she started to appreciate it because her dad built a playground for her and her classmates out of recycled objects
