Mr. Sanders is the landlord and owner of Westboro Apartments where Francine lives.
Appearance
Mr. Sanders is depicted wearing a beige shirt, blue overalls, and brown shoes, and often carries tools around his waist. In the episode Francine Goes to War, he asks Francine to stop drumming on the roof because it's disturbing the new neighbor Mrs. Pariso who will call the police if the noise doesn't stop.
