Debbie is one of Catherine's friends, as they go to the same high school. She is first seen in Muffy Gets Mature, alongside another one of her friends, Angie. Angie is also seen in Matchmaker, Matchbreaker, but Debbie has yet to make another appearance in the series.
Appearance
She has a yellow/orange skin complexion, and she wears a white blouse with a pink shirt over it. She has black hair and a similar hairstyle as D.W.'s. She wears a pink headband in her hair.
