Bailey, previously known as James, is a fictional character and Muffy's butler and chauffeur. He gives good advice and has a British accent. He is very good at art and built many sculptures for Muffy's art show in "Muffy's Art Attack". He does everything he's told, even driving the limo in a dangerous fashion. He lives with the Crosswires in their mansion, and has his own room.

- Bailey was first seen in the episode Arthur and the True Francine
- For his first apperance he was called James, but his name changed to Bailey in the episode Poor Muffy
- His room has a picture from high school, where it is revealed that he went to high school with Mr. Ratburn.
- He may be a parody of Jeeves from the Bertie and Jeeves series by P.G. Wodehouse.
